Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to transform data into actionable insights for MAS leadership, client relationship teams, and MAS clients. The role focuses on developing and maintaining internal management information reporting and polished client-facing reports, with opportunities to design new reports aligned to evolving business needs.

The incumbent will leverage Microsoft Excel and reporting platforms like Power BI and Tableau, with SQL and data warehousing

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a business analyst environment.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Produce, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc management information reports for MAS senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
Develop and deliver polished, accurate, and timely client-facing reports in support of client servicing and relationship management activities.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new reports and reporting enhancements.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather and execute reporting requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting processes.
Maintain reporting documentation, including report definitions, methodologies, data sources, and procedures.
