You will ensure data accuracy and accessibility, oversee end-to-end BI processes, and partner with Retail, Marketing, Finance and other teams to drive strategic decisions. The role demands strong analytics, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while managing key account metrics and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with executives and operations teams within Samsung Electronics America.
• Strong strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented approach to achieving success.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills using analytics.
• Advanced presentation skills and ability to create compelling materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Analytics: analyze channel sales trends to develop growth strategies across all business metrics.
• Market Intelligence: assess industry structure, macro changes, and competitive behavior to identify opportunities.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: oversee end-to-end BI processes including data extraction, transformation, enrichment, and quality.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: lead initiatives with Sales, Product Planning, SCM, and Marketing to align strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: use advanced analytics to measure ROI and report program performance.
• Performance Tracking: monitor quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
• Event Reporting: oversee major events from planning to post-event analysis.
