Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Director of B2B Data Platforms & AI Transformation to lead the enterprise data ecosystem strategy, governance, and AI-driven automation. This role sits at the intersection of data infrastructure, BI, and advanced AI systems, driving efficiency and enabling proactive executive reporting.

The candidate will oversee Salesforce CRM, Tableau BI platforms, data cubes, and AI workflows while aligning with Sales, SCM, Revenue Ops, and Finance to standardize data

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in Data Engineering, Enterprise Platform Architecture, or BI.
• 5+ years of dedicated team leadership in a large matrix org.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of B2B data platforms and AI transformation.
• Lead end‑to‑end optimization of core enterprise data ecosystems (Salesforce, Tableau, data cubes).
• Define and govern AI automation, data verification, and anomaly detection workflows.
