Job Description
Job Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Care Operations (Healthcare) reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer ( CxO ) is a critical leadership support role providing high-level operational, strategic, and solution design and business analysis support across a multi-state region encompassing more than 10 health care business operations /clinics (care communities) . This individual acts as an extension of the CxO , facilitating effective decision-making, driving key operational initiatives, finding innovation in current business operations and processes, and ensuring seamless execution of operational strategies related to our care business operations, client and tribal leader relationships, care delivery, member experience, and financial performance.
This role requires a highly organized, strategic and tactical operational thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of healthcare delivery, and a proven ability to manage complex care operations. An individual who takes has a passion for innovation within healthcare and a positive can-do roll up the sleeves attitude is an ideal for this position!
