Job summary

You will promote the program's philosophy, research best practices, expand programming regionally, and mentor staff toward innovative solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances, PA driver’s license, and a history of improving program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of creating and executing goals.
• Experience with program design and strategic growth.
• Ability to research, benchmark practices, and use data to guide decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Mission and Values of Auberle and the Employment Institute.
• Cultivate employer relationships to expand employment pipelines.
• Research and implement best practices in workforce development.
• Market programs to increase utilization and expand geographically across industries.
• Assist in developing RFPs and standardize replication models across markets.
• Lead initiatives with initiative and independent judgment within policy.
• Motivate team members to implement innovative solutions for participant career outcomes.
• Support Continuous Quality Improvement goals and objectives.
• May work with a small caseload to assist participants in achieving career goals.
• Diversity and inclusion across services and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
