Hinge Commerce is a full-service E-Commerce Marketplace sales and marketing team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Hinge is adept at helping mid-size to large global brands establish, manage, and grow their business on Amazon and other marketplaces. Hinge Commerce acts as an extension of our client’s team, working in tandem to analyze products, categories, markets, and competitive data to develop and execute strategies for success.

Position Description

Hinge Commerce seeks a data-obsessed Senior Business Development Representative, who has Amazon experience, to help expand our Lead Generation efforts. Working directly with the Business Development Managers, this role will optimize existing, and launch new, email campaigns to generate new meetings. They will use Zoho CRM to track sales activities and create custom reporting for internal stakeholders. This person will use internal and 3P data to create category-specific content to further drive meeting conversion for the broader sales team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn all things eCommerce and will have an analytical-minded passion to dive deep, try new things and push boundaries. This person will be comfortable working in a start-up environment where creativity, invention, and adaptability are important characteristics of success. They will be highly collaborative, globally minded, understand the sales process, and have a passion for solving complex challenges. You should be a motivated self-starter that can work both independently and with others in a fast paced, ambiguous, and fluid environment. This important role will report to the Business Development Director.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lead generation campaigns and reporting. This includes campaign creation, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive new business development and achieve sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, updates, and information for lead generation campaigns.
  • Work with Sales/Business Development Team to develop and continuously update a list to target prospects.
  • Research competitors, consumer behavior, and market trends to identify potential leads.
  • Assist Sales/Business Development Team with Trade Show preparation and email campaigns.
  • Participate in collaborative internal business meetings providing updates to key stakeholders.
  • Own and maintain CRM leads pipeline reports, presenting to leadership team.
  • Identify and introduce strategic partnerships to the Business Development team.
  • Update custom presentations and proposals, as needed.
  • Understand Hinge Commerce services, pricing, and contracts while working with Sales team to provide applicable updates, as necessary.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences, as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience - Zoho CRM
  • 2+ years of Amazon Experience (at Amazon, Agency, or Brand)
  • 3+ years of Email Campaign Management and Sales Engagement Platform - Apollo Preferred
  • 3+ years Sales Engagement Platform Experience - Apollo is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with sales targets and achieve them
  • Thrives in an autonomous fast paced working environment.

  • This position is fully remote, candidates can be located anywhere in the Continental US.
