The role emphasizes collaboration with recruiters to understand client culture and requirements and to move accounts through the sales funnel. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, using CRM and ATS tools, and presenting staffing strategies to Fortune

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of technical/engineering staffing experience within an Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense industry.
Proven success in account development and maintaining customer relationships.
Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

Attract new clients and maintain existing relationships via phone, social media, face-to-face meetings, and email.
Collaborate with clients to determine staffing needs and propose solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Coordinate with recruiters to advance the sales process and capture feedback.
Keep ATS updated with client information and interview summaries.
Follow up on sales leads from internal recruiters, candidates, and contractors.
Align with clients on culture and business relationships to successful fills.
