Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field required.
• Advanced scientific degree preferred.
• Track record in developing and commercializing technically complex products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and strategic prospecting.
• Engage customers to understand unmet needs and develop high‑value opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure successful product launches.
• Build long‑term strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
