Major Global Luxury Hotel Group role as a Senior Business Development Manager managing a small team of 4 Business Developers.
The role is 50% team management and administration, and 50% business development across 4-5 travel wholesalers and 30-40 leisure travel agencies.
Experience working with Travel Management Companies and Wholesalers is required.
$75-85k. Plus 15% bonus.
Must be Dallas or Texas based.
WFH / remote role, with some travel to areas such as Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky and West Virginia to meet with Travel Management Companies (TMCs).
As a Team Lead, the role involves setting and communicating individual goals and targets for the portfolio of travel agencies, and monitoring achievement against these targets.
You will evaluate individual performance through market share, revenue reports, and client activities.
The Senior Business Development Manager will work on their own portfolio of travel agencies, maintaining regular contact through webinars, training workshops, in-person visits, and territory events to promote the Hotel Group’s brands and services.
You will collaborate with the Global Director and a small team, sharing experiences and strategies in bi-weekly meetings.
You will report on KPIs, data, and ROI with support from senior management.
The role requires experience in hotels or travel agencies, and prior sales experience.
Strong analytical and commercial awareness is needed to evaluate market share and performance, and to develop tailored sales strategies for each agency based on data analysis.
This is a remote role with some travel to meet your portfolio of agencies.
