Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport and meet customers off-site when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective customers, assess needs and match with DHL services.
• Seek opportunities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts; present rate structures and options.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive KPIs.
• Manage an assigned territory with knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
• Foster customer and station relationships while collaborating with regional resources.
• Facilitate transitions of new accounts, handle paperwork, and assist with AR when needed.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and trends toward targets.
