Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development initiatives with practice leadership to support strategic growth and revenue opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and customized credentials materials to support client engagement.
• Conduct market research and analysis on clients, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategy.
• Manage legal directory, ranking, and award submissions to raise the practice's market profile and brand presence.
• Support client development programs, cross-selling initiatives, and targeted BD campaigns across the firm's platform.
• Coordinate with marketing, communications, and events teams to drive thought leadership campaigns and client programs across the region.
