What’s the opportunity?

dLocal is looking for a full-time, results-driven sales professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States, with experience in Enterprise sales and solid knowledge of the local landscape.

What will I be doing?

  • Selling dLocal's payment solutions to e-commerce merchants and PSPs to generate new business.
  • Structuring, implementing, and managing growth-related operational strategies and processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Building and developing long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants.
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts.
  • Maintaining personal networks, attending professional conferences and industry events, and generating interest from potential clients.
  • Supporting our sales team as a regional expert.

What skills do I need?

  • Fluent English
  • Perseverance — hearing "NO" doesn't phase you!
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude, open to working across time zones with international teams.
  • 6+ years of work experience, preferably at a technology company.
  • Enterprise sales experience is ideal.
  • Experience in online payment solutions is highly desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Team player who can work effectively both independently and cross-functionally.
  • Proven deal closer and strong negotiator.
