Senior Business Development Manager – PSP’s, Enterprise & SaaS - REMOTE in United States

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business development across multiple segments, including PSPs, as well as enterprise and SaaS companies. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and closing high-value partnerships with some of the fastest-growing and most innovative businesses. You’ll position cutting-edge embedded financial solutions as essential tools for growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing strategic partnerships across acquirers, processors, PayFacs, ISOs, and enterprise/SaaS companies.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound plan to target key accounts within these sectors.
  • Engage with commercial and product teams at prospective partners, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, product demos, and build strong business cases for new partnerships.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, collaborating with leadership to close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, etc.) to refine GTM strategies and product positioning.
  • Track and optimize sales efforts using CRM tools to ensure a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales or partnerships, with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • Experience in embedded finance, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise partnerships, particularly with acquirers, processors, PayFacs, ISOs, or SaaS companies.
  • Strong ability to engage with both commercial and product teams, aligning technical needs with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Self-starter mentality, capable of independently managing a pipeline and driving deals to completion.
  • Proficient in CRM tools to manage outreach, track deals, and optimize sales performance.
