Job summary

Exyte in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Business Development to lead sales efforts in the semiconductor and high-tech sectors. You will drive strategic accounts, build executive-level relationships, and shape the portfolio with feedback to leadership.

You will own forecasting, proposals, and negotiations, travel as needed, and collaborate with procurement teams and end users to identify opportunities and close complex deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related discipline.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience selling complex technical solutions, engineering services, construction services, or technology infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably with the Semiconductor market.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with exhaust and abatement delivery systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of high-tech manufacturing environments and critical infrastructure markets.
• Experience developing executive-level customer relationships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building.
• Good organizational skills.
• High energy level, self-motivated and directed, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for strategic and tactical accounts and oversee revenue strategies.
• Identify upcoming customer projects and develop opportunities with Fabs, OEMs, and high-tech clients.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses; use Salesforce.com effectively.
• Oversee timely, accurate bid activities and proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure clear and professional internal and external communications.
• Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals in dynamic environments.
