Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related industry experience.
• 8+ years of business development experience within the A/E/C industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new clients and new/repeat business, leading the BD lifecycle.
• Source opportunities, position proposals, and analyze risk.
• Develop and execute BD plans with target accounts and markets.
• Manage CRM and client relationships through project start-up and beyond.
• Coordinate with operations and leadership to drive profitable growth.
• Provide commercial strategy input and lead negotiations when needed.
