Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Executive in the United States (Boston area) to lead complex projects with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget. You will guide teams, manage contracts, and partner with business development to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12-18 years of experience leading projects of 100M+ in healthcare, life sciences, higher education, etc.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of project financial forecast, notices, and billings to meet contract requirements.
• Ensures team creates a project-specific quality plan aligned with contract documents.
• Leads schedule planning and execution across multiple projects; mitigates risks.
• Directs project administration, superintendents, and engineers to maintain owner/subcontractor relations.
• Oversees subcontracting strategy and buyout process integrity.
• Negotiates contracts and leads risk mitigation plans.
• Ensures project compliance with insurance and bonds.
