BAO Consulting Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue and expand advisory capabilities. This high-impact individual contributor role reports to firm leadership and supports growth across CFO advisory, ERP transformation, and transaction support.

You will own priority accounts, cultivate senior relationships with CFOs and PE sponsors, shape pursuit strategies, and represent BAO at events while partnering with the President and CGO on market strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive BD or client development in professional services or financial services.
• Proven ability to open, develop, and close complex engagements.
• Senior-level relationships with CFOs, PE sponsors or finance executives, ideally in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Drive net new revenue through proactive outbound development and referrals.
• Own target accounts and develop pursuit strategies; lead end-to-end proposals.
• Engage with CFOs, PE partners, and deal teams to position BAO's capabilities.
• Speak at events, publish perspectives, and elevate BAO's brand in markets.
• Mentor BD leadership and collaborate on firm-wide revenue strategy.
