Responsibilities:
- Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and relevant industry knowledge to current consultants and clients.
- Generate sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and set client meetings on a daily and weekly basis.
- Leverage networking skills to meet potential clients.
- Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning.
- Create and prioritize qualified job order requirements for fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver effective proposals to clients selling our scope of services via delivery methods: Contract, Contract to Hire, Direct Hire & Statement of Work.
- Identify and develop new businesses as well as maintain strong current client satisfaction and relationships.
- Identify and execute key business opportunities according to the sales plan.
- Meet or exceed Production Goals by maintaining and tracking revenue and gross margin generating activities.
- Lead negotiations and close deals by resolving various internal and external challenges.
- Partner with an assigned technical recruiter(s) to effectively manage pipeline, activity, and goals.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (professional experience in recruiting and staffing industry).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Sales and Staffing industry.
- IT, Engineering &/or Telecom Staffing experience required.
- Skilled, Strong, and Effective communicator both verbal and written skills.
- Strong organizational skills and Time Management.
