Responsibilities:
  1. Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and relevant industry knowledge to current consultants and clients.
  3. Generate sales leads, cold-call prospective clients, and set client meetings on a daily and weekly basis.
  4. Leverage networking skills to meet potential clients.
  5. Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning.
  6. Create and prioritize qualified job order requirements for fulfillment.
  7. Prepare and deliver effective proposals to clients selling our scope of services via delivery methods: Contract, Contract to Hire, Direct Hire & Statement of Work.
  8. Identify and develop new businesses as well as maintain strong current client satisfaction and relationships.
  9. Identify and execute key business opportunities according to the sales plan.
  10. Meet or exceed Production Goals by maintaining and tracking revenue and gross margin generating activities.
  11. Lead negotiations and close deals by resolving various internal and external challenges.
  12. Partner with an assigned technical recruiter(s) to effectively manage pipeline, activity, and goals.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience (professional experience in recruiting and staffing industry).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Sales and Staffing industry.
  3. IT, Engineering &/or Telecom Staffing experience required.
  4. Skilled, Strong, and Effective communicator both verbal and written skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills and Time Management.
  6. Goal & Results Driven.
  7. Team-oriented.
  8. Customer-focused.
  9. Strong Negotiation Skills.
  10. Entrepreneurial Spirit.
  11. Hunter mentality - new business development.
  12. Must be an 'out of the box' thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer relationship-building abilities.
  13. Remote Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
  14. Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
