Job summary

Atlas Travel & Technology Group is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth by expanding client relationships and identifying new opportunities. This remote/hybrid role reports to the Executive Vice President of Business Development and requires a strategic, results-driven mindset.

The candidate will leverage Salesforce and MS Office to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and communicate product developments to clients, while meeting ambitious sales targets and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Travel Industry Experience.
• 7+ years of Travel Industry experience.
• Proven revenue generation and sales strategy planning & development experience.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and planning; ability to convey value to executives.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes and adheres to sales process as outlined by Corporate Programs.
• Independently develop new customer relationships.
• Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
• Develops creative and cost-effective plans to meet clients’ objectives.
• Meet agreeable sales targets with measurable accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records and files documenting sales efforts and correspondence within Salesforce.
• Meets all required deadlines on reports and special projects as assigned by senior management.
• Projects a favorable image of Atlas Travel.
• Assumes and performs other duties as needed.
