Position : Senior Business Development Director / Manager, CTV Inventory Expansion
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire CTV / OTT advertising inventory : Establish partnerships with domestic and international CTV platforms & developers (e.g., Roku, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, leading smart TV manufacturers), SSPs / DSPs, and programmatic ad platforms.
- Identify emerging CTV inventory channels : Explore FAST channels, OTT apps, smart hardware vendors to optimize cost efficiency and inventory structure.
- Commercial Negotiation & Execution : Lead contract negotiations, define integration strategies, and ensure competitive terms (pricing, fill rates, data transparency).
- Collaboration : Work with tech and operations teams to onboard, test, and optimize inventory, ensuring rapid partnership implementation.
- Data Analysis & Optimization : Monitor inventory quality and propose data-driven strategies to enhance ROI. Track industry trends to drive innovative partnership models. Support sales teams and partner with tech teams for inventory integration.
What we are looking for
- Industry Experience : 3+ years in digital advertising / programmatic buying, expertise in CTV / OTT ecosystems. Prior partnerships with CTV platforms, SSPs / DSPs, or developers preferred. Familiarity with ad tech (VAST, OpenRTB, Header Bidding) and third-party verification tools (e.g., Human, DoubleVerify).
- Commercial Skills : Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, experience closing deals worth tens of millions annually. Hands-on experience with inventory pricing models (e.g., CPM floor guarantees).
- Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of international CTV markets, especially North America and Southeast Asia. Experience with cross-border collaboration. Understanding of CTV ad formats like interactive ads, pause ads, dynamic creative optimization.
