Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our strategic growth initiatives by coordinating proposal efforts, managing CRM data, analyzing performance metrics, and organizing outreach events.

Conduct detailed market and competitor research to support business development planning
Assist in developing and assembling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Maintain CRM data integrity and generate reports to track key metrics
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, events, and client meetings
Track and analyze performance indicators related to outreach and lead generation
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to support business development strategy
A clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
A critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Someone who thrives on staying one step ahead
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1–4 years of experience supporting business development, sales operations, or marketing
Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment is a plus
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets
