We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Data Analyst to support multiple data-related projects, including report development, data analysis, root cause analysis, and data publishing. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power BI, Snowflake, business requirements gathering, data flow documentation, and developing technical solutions in collaboration with business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data errors.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for reporting projects.
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Document data flows, reporting processes, and technical solutions.
• Support data publishing to the DIR Open Data Portal or the Railroad Commission (RRC) website.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design effective technical solutions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards and business analysis methodologies.
• Maintain project documentation and follow established processes and procedures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and provide guidance to team members when needed.
