You will develop foundational datasets, write SQL, create dashboards and KPI reporting, and run experiments from setup through results in a fast-evolving data environment.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to support data and analytics for emerging digital product and AI experiences. This role combines hands-on data analysis with foundational data work, experimentation, dashboarding, and stakeholder partnership.

You’ll work with evolving products where the analytics foundation is still being built, making this a strong fit for someone comfortable creating datasets, reporting, and analytical solutions from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain foundational datasets, data tables, and automated data pipelines that support analytics and reporting.
• Write advanced SQL to investigate business questions, analyze product performance, and support decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and automated reporting solutions.
• Support experiments from setup through analysis, including hypotheses, success metrics, test monitoring, and results interpretation.
• Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to answer product and business questions.
• Investigate data discrepancies and improve the reliability and consistency of reporting.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Document metrics, reporting logic, datasets, and analytical methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong SQL and analytical skills with experience working with complex datasets.
• Experience building foundational datasets or data tables from scratch.
• Experience developing or supporting automated data pipelines using workflow or orchestration tools.
• Strong experience with dashboarding, KPI reporting, and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing, including test setup, metric definition, and results analysis.
• Experience conducting ad hoc analysis and translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Strong stakeholder communication and analytical storytelling skills.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work effectively in a fast-evolving data environment.

Experience with AI-assisted analytics, LLM tools, AI agents, or analytics automation is a plus but not required.
