Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in business/commercial underwriting in centralized lending environment.
• Ability to underwrite credit exposures in excess of $2.5MM is preferred.
• Experience making credit decisions without additional signers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite business banking loans to determine creditworthiness and compliance with lending policy.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of work and review financial and credit information.
• Assist with training and mentoring new hires and support UW levels as needed.
