You will train staff and Relationship Managers, supervise workflow, and deliver timely, accurate underwriting output for complex commercial loans. The role requires a BA/BS and at least seven years of related experience, with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in underwriting or credit analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops a regional team of Business Banking Underwriters.
• Provides training and guidance on credit analyses for staff and Relationship Managers.
• Manages workflow, monitors performance metrics, and advocates for process improvements.
• Analyzes creditworthiness, identifies issues, and prepares written analyses for larger relationships.
• Acts as a senior loan adjudication resource within prescribed lending authority.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs and regulatory guidelines.
