Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong networking and community involvement with chambers of commerce or non-profit boards.
• Proven business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40 business clients and 60 prospects with annual revenue >$3M; support credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting for new clients and leveraging referrals across internal partners.
