Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a senior business-architecture leader to translate strategy into technology delivery, guiding enterprise architecture artifacts and roadmaps across the organization. You will align business goals with technology solutions and drive reusable design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer science, Project Management or related field.
• 7–10 years Related work experience.
• 7–10 years of Program and Project management experience.
• 4–7 years Experience in Business Analysis or Business Relationship Management roles.
• 2–4 years Experience functioning as an Enterprise or Business Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of business architecture methodologies to drive realization of key business requirements and support strategic goals.
• Assess and guide project and product requests to ensure alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on scope, user journeys and decision-making to promote reusable design and challenge existing approaches.
• Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts including current and future state journeys, roadmaps, and process frameworks.
• Communicate complex business architecture concepts clearly to business and IT partners to support practical application and value realization.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
