Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, monitor, and enhance reporting for collections, recovery, risk, and related portfolios.
• Use SQL, dashboards, and Tableau to extract data and create executive visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements, ensure compliance, and support testing and implementations.
• Prepare executive presentations and management reports for leadership and governance.
