Job summary

Essential Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst II for the North Shore area in Pittsburgh, PA.

The role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing strategic, regulatory, and revenue reporting for Customer Operations and Customer Relations, including SAP-based and BI reporting capabilities. You will partner with Customer Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions, develop KPI dashboards, and support budgeting and five-year planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics/reporting and forecasting.
• Experience in analytics/reporting and forecasting, scheduling and real-time management in a contact center environment.
• Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and leadership-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances reporting capabilities for Customer Operations and Customer Programs including SAP knowledge and BI reporting.
• Serves as analytics and reporting SME for Customer Operations and Customer Programs.
• Collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate insights and support data-informed decisions.
• Forecasts trends in billing revenue and operational performance; maintains databases and validates data synchronization with SAP/Warehouse.
