**Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with strong in SmartComm (Guidewire Project)

**Experience Level:** 8–10 years

**Project Overview:**

we are seeking a **Senior Business Analyst** with hands-on **SmartComm (formerly Thunderhead)** experience to focus on the **form generation** component of the project. This is a critical role supporting the delivery of customer-facing forms and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead business analysis efforts for the SmartComm workstream, focusing on form generation and template customization.

* Create mock-ups for new and existing forms to guide development and ensure alignment with business needs.

* Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to capture requirements and validate outputs.

* Ensure SmartComm forms integrate effectively with data from the Guidewire platform.

* Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases using **Azure DevOps**.

* Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.

* Support UAT and defect triaging for all SmartComm deliverables.

**Required Qualifications:**

* **8–10 years** of Business Analysis experience in IT or insurance projects.

* Direct, hands-on experience with **SmartComm form generation** and template design.

* Knowledge of **Guidewire** systems and how they interface with document generation tools.

* Solid understanding of **P\&C insurance** products, forms, and compliance requirements.

* Proficiency in **Azure DevOps** for agile delivery tracking.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working on cyber insurance products or underwriting systems.

* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise transformation projects.
