Qualifications

• 5+ years writing SQL queries and creating BI reports (Tableau/Power BI).
• 7+ years in business or financial analysis, product costing, procurement, or a quantitative role.
• 5+ years Excel experience (macros, charts, pivot tables).
• Experience applying basic statistics to business problems (e.g., regression).
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Turn operational and performance data into insights and narratives leadership can act on.
• Work with large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, or spreadsheets.
• Partner with Product, Program, Engineering, and Sales to define data requirements and BI solutions.
• Build and own self-serve analytics — dashboards, alerts, and metric definitions.
• Define measurement frameworks linking acquisition, engagement, and operational KPIs.
• Identify drivers of key metrics and recommend where to invest next.
• Build automated pipelines and reporting to speed decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts in techniques and stakeholder communication.
