Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years writing SQL and building BI reports.
• 7+ years business/financial or quantitative analysis.
• 5+ years Excel or Tableau experience.
• Experience applying basic statistics to business problems.

Responsibilities

• Turn operational data into actionable insights and narratives for leadership.
• Work with large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, or spreadsheets.
• Define data requirements with Product, Program, Engineering, and Sales.
• Build self-serve analytics: dashboards, alerts, and metric definitions.
• Define measurement frameworks linking acquisition, engagement, and KPIs.
• Identify drivers of key metrics and recommend investments.
• Build automated pipelines and reporting to speed decisions.
• Mentor junior analysts on techniques and stakeholder communication.
