ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Chantilly, VA to serve as a subject matter expert and program leader. The role blends hands-on analytics with strategic leadership to improve processes, ensure compliance, and guide major initiatives across the enterprise.

You will manage initiatives from planning through delivery, develop schedules, test plans, and coordinate resources. Deep SME knowledge in domains like IT audit, RIM, and cyber/IT security is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in a relevant function; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in project management, process improvement (Six Sigma), leadership.
• Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL may be required for some roles.
