Insight Global seeks an experienced Business Analyst V to serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting application enhancements and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and model business processes for both public-facing and internal systems.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience conducting business process analysis and reviews.
5+ years of experience developing and managing user stories within Agile environments.
2+ years working with senior leadership to facilitate strategic discussions, develop roadmaps and align stakeholders.
2+ years supporting projects involving public-facing technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery meetings.
Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items in Agile environments.
