We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst V to serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting application enhancements, digital transformation initiatives, and operational improvements.

This individual will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, and process modeling efforts for technology initiatives, including public-facing applications and internal business systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled at translating business needs into actionable requirements, facilitating discussions among diverse stakeholder groups, and driving consensus to support successful project outcomes.

This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can quickly understand new business domains, build strong relationships, and adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery meetings.
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience conducting:
• Business process analysis and review
• Requirements elicitation and documentation
• Process modeling and workflow analysis
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and managing user stories within Agile development environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with senior leadership to:
• Facilitate strategic discussions
• Develop roadmaps and business strategies
• Drive stakeholder alignment and consensus
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting projects involving the development or implementation of public-facing technology solutions.
