Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security and delivery best practices.
• Experience in digital customer experience and UX principles.
• Knowledge of headless architecture and user research.

• Lead digital projects from initiation through implementation with cross-functional partners.
