Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field required; a Master's or MBA with quantitative concentration is preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering or MBA with quantitative concentration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Perform modeling/analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
• Support marketing efforts and build insights for customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Support step-change improvements in credit performance by modeling drivers of future consumer credit trends and testing hypotheses.
• Lead problem framing, hypothesis development, testing, solution development, feasibility assessment and monitoring.
