Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intents for products distributed through retail channels.
• Support credit risk by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior and testing hypotheses.
• Develop hypotheses, test analyses, and lead implementation efforts with monitoring plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive quality, volume, service and profitability.
• Demonstrate strong analytic orientation and decision making to drive business outcomes.
• Show leadership, integrity, and the ability to influence and achieve results in a fast paced environment.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to drive consensus and action.
