The role includes leadership of 1-2 analysts, development of product and pricing strategies, and driving credit risk improvements through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or; Master's degree or MBA with quantitative concentration.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience in consulting (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in people management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: develop business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success.
• Leadership: may manage and develop 1-2 analysts; coach and mentor associates.
• Product: develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level analytics.
• Marketing: lead D2C marketing for select products and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Credit Risk: improve credit performance; create risk models and test hypotheses.
• Execution: manage delivery of business initiatives; oversee multiple projects.
• Partnership: collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvements.
• Strategic & analytic orientation: strong analytics-driven decision making.
