Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to apply strategic analytical skills and collaborate with world-class teams to improve profitability. You will model lending product strategies, support marketing efforts, and test hypotheses on credit risk, working with IT, Sales and Finance to drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years of analysis experience and a quantitative degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s/MBA).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional analysis experience.
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative focus; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in statistical modeling, market research or consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify business challenges and opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Model analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
• Support marketing efforts and build insights for new customer experiences and go-to-market plans.
• Analyze credit risk drivers and test hypotheses with monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to drive improvements.
