Job summary

• Experience with Health and Human Services domains and childcare/subsidy programs.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with State Health and Human Service Departments, Childcare Subsidy Systems, Child Care, Child Welfare systems and licensing.
• Experience working with childcare subsidy.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development, Social Welfare, Public Administration, or human services-related field (preferred).
• 10 + years of proven experience leading a large organization through transformation and change at a similar leadership level in federal, state, or local government, or a large nonprofit organization or corporation that provides health and human services or social services.
• Experience working in the Health and Human Services domain.
• Experience with Early childhood programs (childcare and Head Start).
• Managed state-wide staff within permanency programs.
• Experience working in Child welfare and public child welfare information systems.
• Oversees child welfare product solution design ,innovation and licensing.
• Experience with a state agency in the Health and Human Services Department.
• Managed statewide staff within permanency programs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
