Job summary

Siriikon is seeking a senior Business Analyst to support both vendor-led and internal initiatives in Columbus, OH. You will elicit, analyze, validate, and manage business requirements across the full lifecycle and document rules and process maps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–9 years of experience in a mix of Agile and traditional SDLC practices. You will collaborate with Project Stakeholders and the Product Owner, drive traceability matrices for testing, and assist Help Desk

Qualifications

• 7–9 years experience in SDLC including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Experience leading requirements analysis and validation, ensuring clear, traceable requirements; uses persona-based user stories.
• Experience blending Agile and traditional SDLC practices to fit project needs using burn-down charts and Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor-led and internally driven initiatives; manage the business requirement development life cycle.
• Document business rules and functional process maps; develop a requirements traceability matrix for testing.
• Liaise between customer community and technical development team; track changes and manage risks; support Help Desk.
