Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Agile methodologies to analyze and translate requirements into user stories. This onsite role requires strong communication skills and experience with Siebel CRM or similar platforms. You'll collaborate with product owners and development teams during various Agile ceremonies and support timely delivery of user stories. Ideal candidates should have expertise in JIRA and a mid-senior level understanding of Agile processes. This is a full-time position based in Columbus, Indiana.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and technical teams to clarify requirements prior to sprint planning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and PI planning.
• Support solution design, sprint execution, and timely delivery of assigned user stories.
• Maintain requirements, design documentation, and support test case preparation as per standards.
• Track and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Support sprint demos, deployments, go-live, and infant-care activities within the SOW scope.
• Ensure adherence to Agile metrics, documentation standards, and delivery quality expectations.
