Job summary

NuAxis Innovations in the United States seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis for complex IT projects, elicit and document detailed requirements, and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will translate needs into user stories and specs, create current/future state models, facilitate workshops, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring traceability, UAT coordination, and alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years of BA experience.
Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) required.
CCBA or PMI-PBA obtainable within 180 days of hire.
CBAP or SAFe PO/PM preferred.
Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, modeling, and traceability.
Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating UAT.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across stakeholder groups.
Translate business needs into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Develop current-state and future-state process models and data flows.
Conduct gap and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
Maintain requirements traceability from origin through design, build, and testing.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and mentor junior analysts.
