Why the Role Is Important: As a Business Analyst, you will bridge technology and business needs, aligning IT systems with client objectives. Your insights will drive improvements, maximize efficiency, and create value. You will also mentor less experienced team members, contributing to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business and functional requirements. Document objectives, goals, and success criteria. Prioritize and manage requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and scope adjustments.

• Process Improvement and Documentation: Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies. Create detailed user stories, use case diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Develop business analysis plans to support project strategies.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with clients and technical teams to assess systems and support new implementations. Develop business cases for new initiatives. Maintain open communication and provide updates.

• Testing and Training: Develop and execute functional test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide training and user guides for new tools and processes.

• Project and Team Management: Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with other analysts. Ensure transparent communication and provide regular status updates.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile Business Analysis and Business Process Analysis
• 5+ years in business and systems analysis across various environments
• 3+ years with Azure DevOps and Visio
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in modeling techniques (UML, use case, activity diagrams) and requirements management tools
• Experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Microsoft tools like Visio, Project, SQL, Power BI, Balsamiq
• Industry experience in healthcare, finance, or public sector is a plus

The starting pay range is $77,040.00-$160,500.00, depending on experience and location. The role may include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
