Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to understand their business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes, especially in mortgage lending and integrations.
• Lead testing and QA to ensure successful system implementation and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Analyze business operations to identify improvements and strategic opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in tech services.
• Extensive experience with mortgage lending and integrations.
• Knowledge of development processes and methodologies.
• Experience in testing and QA, detail-oriented.
• Understanding of REST API and API concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Professional Business Analysis certification is a plus.
