Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project delivery and agile planning.
• Strong facilitation for workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops with end users to gather requirements and define scope.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs for Power Platform.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to align business and technical goals.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: BRDs, functional specs, process flows, user stories.
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage.
• Provide guidance and best practices for Power Platform implementations.
