Job summary

Precise Software Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst / Delivery Lead to drive day-to-day execution on a federal health IT program.

You will lead requirements, coordinate delivery across government, vendor, and partner teams, and ensure successful releases in a collaborative, Agile environment. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience across business and technical stakeholders, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and UAT activities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Lead BA, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Experience supporting programs valued at $10M+ annually with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Proven ability to lead requirements efforts across multiple stakeholder groups and workstreams.
• Federal/state stakeholder experience, especially on shared data or system integration projects, is preferred.
• Strong facilitation of stakeholder meetings, workshops, backlog refinement, and cross-functional discussions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments in Agile environments.
• Experience coordinating UAT, testing, and go-live readiness for production software.
• Technical fluency in delivery lifecycles, APIs, data mapping, security, cloud environments.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit and document needs and acceptance criteria.
• Drive backlog readiness, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners and technical teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, action items, and stakeholder commitments.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, requirements reviews, and planning sessions.
• Develop and maintain release plans and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and gov partners.
• Track risks, issues, blockers, and delivery status; escalate as needed.
• Support integration planning, testing readiness, and release activities across teams.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, designs, tests, releases, and changes.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including scenario development and defect tracking.
• Identify process improvements and reusable solutions to enhance delivery efficiency.
