Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst/Business Analyst to join our Mortgage/Technology teams in a remote-capable role. You will collect and translate business needs into detailed requirements for development and QA, partnering with stakeholders to define scope and timelines.

With 5+ years in mortgage technology and strong communication, you will support UAT, demos, and project tracking across agile squads, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience at Senior Analyst or Analyst level.
• Experience in mortgage / technology / secondary market.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, analyze, and document system/user requirements from business users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Respond to changes in project scope, priorities, or requirements by adjusting plans.
• Analyze information from users and usage data to validate requirements.
• Support QA, UAT testing, and demo preparation.
