Employment Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and test plans for end-to-end delivery. This full-time contract role is onsite in McLean, VA, with a pay rate of $55 per hour.

The analyst will gather requirements, map processes, and interface with technical teams, supporting development, testing, and UAT activities. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of IT controls are highly valued.

Formación

• Experience as a business analyst in the mortgage industry.
• Ability to interface effectively between business and technical teams.
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements gathering, process/data flow design, and technical specification design.
• Experience supporting systems integration testing and UAT, including test strategy/plan development.
• Knowledge of manual testing and automation testing concepts.
• Prior team lead experience with expertise in third-party risk management, information security, and operational risk.
• Advanced Excel skills including spreadsheet formulas and automation, plus financial statement analysis; knowledge of SOC reviews (including SOC 1 Type 2), controls, and enhancements; IT audit experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Interface between business and technical teams to clarify needs and constraints.
• Create process maps and data flow documentation.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
• Define project objectives and support feasibility analysis.
• Support development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and document UAT strategies, test plans, and test cases/scripts.
